The client can schedule an initial online meeting with us using the Contact Us link below or can submit an online request form for a meeting. Once we have set up a schedule, we will start communicating with the client prior to the initial meeting. The meeting will provide the client with an opportunity to describe their business challenges and expectations for Infotica support and the Infotica an opportunity to ask questions and set realistic goals with the client. Together the client and Infotica will develop a plan and timeline for the collaboration.

While most collaborations take at least two weeks following the initial meeting, some may take longer. It takes time to understand a business problem well enough to make a concrete project plan and deliver it. It may take a few meetings to decide on the goals and extent of collaboration. Consultants also require time to engage in internal collaboration and review to ensure quality work incorporating multiple perspectives. Our fees are very reasonable, vary from case to case, and are tailored to client budget, which means you can spread our services over a defined period. The client agrees to pay fees and expenses according to the provisions of the terms set out in each engagement. For the rate-based assignment, our pricing of services (excluding. We also offer fixed prices per project. And in case of long-term regular, operational assignments, we offer a price that will result in a comparatively lower cost but higher value for your organization if you engage our consultants than if you hire employees.

All our discussions and advice up to and including the first meeting are free. We believe in delighting our customers and often provide quick, post-project delivery consultancy free of cost once the project has been successfully and formally delivered to the client.
